When neurotic loner witnesses a murder in his apartment building and is visited by the police, special branch and international drug dealers all looking for the same: a black notebook with instructions in 39 steps to a new legal street drug names HUSH-7, he must go on the run and stay alive and out of prison long enough to solve the murder.
